You are the business.

Every hour you spend on marketing is an hour you're not billing, and you're probably doing it at 10pm. I build the machine around you and measure it in booked clients.

Three moves, in order

  1. Be clear about the benefits

Reposition around the outcome you deliver instead of the service. Raise the rate with a waitlist behind it.

    Branding
  2. Be found where they are asking

In Google and named by ChatGPT. Most independent practices don't show up at all. That's fixable.

    SEO and AI search
  3. More bookings with less work

A booking flow with no phone tag and follow-up that runs while you're with clients.

What it looked like

Three WNC practices

Redacted answer log goes here
Three WNC practices

Scores of 33 to 45 out of 100 on the questions their patients ask.

Where it started
Aesthetics, functional medicine, and solar. All three ranked fine for their own name.
What I found
Invisible on the highest-revenue questions. Unclaimed profiles with ratings years out of date. An open slot on the main industry list.
What happens next
The free playbook shows you the same ten answers for your practice.

Elevate Golf

Elevate Golf

A professional website for $99 a month. 300+ pros and courses signed up.

Where it started
Club pros and small golf businesses who needed a professional site and had no budget for a big build or an hourly bill every time something changed. Most agencies priced them out, so most of them had a site a cousin made or none at all.
What I built
Every client website and the technology behind it, sold on a flat monthly plan with unlimited support: $99 a month for a pro, from $300 for a course. No build fee, no hourly bill for the small changes. After a three-agency merger I ran the sites, the support, and the campaign strategy for the whole client list.
What happened
The combined company passed 300 golf courses and PGA pros by September 2016, onboarding about 10 new clients a month. A pro could have a real website for less than the price of a lesson, and could always get a change made. It's still how I price websites.

Women's Golf Day

Women's Golf Day

One founder with an idea became an event in 100+ countries.

Where it started
A founder with a strong golf network and the capital to launch, and nothing built. No website, no technology, no marketing function, and no team. I was the first hire in 2014, when the event was still a concept.
What I built
The website and event platform on customized WordPress: location registration, a host toolkit, a live map of participating locations, and the email system, built and rebuilt across six years. I ran email, social, and PR and produced the annual push across every channel, so the founder's time went to the relationships only a founder can build.
What happened
Fewer than 100 locations in two countries in 2015 became more than 1,000 in over 100 countries. The 2019 hashtag went viral, with Nike and Callaway using it on event day. Six years as the one person behind one founder, then a twelve-month handoff.

What's usually in the way

I'm fully booked and still can't raise my prices.

Fully booked at the wrong price is the easiest problem I fix. A full calendar is proof people want what you do, and it's the leverage you need to charge for it. We reposition you around the outcome you deliver instead of the hours you sell, raise the rate, and put a waitlist behind it, so the people who balk get replaced by the people who don't. You end up working the same hours, or fewer, for more.

I get leads, but the wrong ones.

The wrong leads come from a vague message. If your site and your profiles could describe any practice in town, you'll hear from anyone in town. We sharpen who you're for and what you're best at, say it the same way everywhere people find you, and make it easy for the wrong fit to rule themselves out before they take up an hour of your time. Fewer inquiries, more of the right ones.

I'm invisible online and I don't have time to fix it.

We get you into the answers people read now, in Google and in the AI tools that name a practitioner when someone asks. Most independent practices don't show up at all. The three WNC businesses I scored proved it: fine for their own name, invisible on the questions that bring in revenue. The fix is a known list of things, claimed and current profiles, the right pages, reviews that keep coming, and you don't touch any of it.

The first 90 days

  • A positioning you can say in one sentence: who you're for, what they get, and why it's worth your rate. Your site, your profiles, and your intake all say the same thing.
  • Found when they ask. Profiles claimed and current, the pages that answer the questions your clients actually type, and reviews coming in on a schedule, so you show up in Google and get named by ChatGPT.
  • Booked without you. A booking flow with no phone tag, intake that qualifies before the first call, and follow-up that runs while you're with clients. The number we track is booked clients, not likes.
  • A rate you've stopped apologizing for, with a waitlist behind it.

Probably not a fit if
