Apps that earn their keep.

Custom software and AI automations for owner-operators, built with AI in days or weeks and priced like it. Lead follow-up that answers in minutes, intake that qualifies, outreach engines, reporting that reads the real numbers, and the website when the website is the app.

What I've shipped

Software I built because a business needed it, starting with an ordering flow that tripled a store's conversion. Every one of these paid for itself and more.

CanvasPrints.com

The upload and preview screens, before and after, go here

An ordering flow that turned 3.2 times as many visitors into orders

The job
Make ordering a canvas print simple enough that visitors finish. Upload a photo, see it on the actual canvas, pick a size, pay.
What I built
The whole ordering experience: the flow, the screens, the specs, and the priorities, with one developer building what I designed. Upload, the preview tool, pricing, checkout, and page speed, plus preview templates for seven new product lines.
What happened
Site-wide conversion from 2% to 6.4% between May 2020 and March 2021, in Google Analytics. The new product lines brought in 40% of total company revenue in their first holiday season.

Women's Golf Day

Registration flow and the live map go here

Venues in 100+ countries registered themselves on one platform

The job
Let golf venues around the world sign up, get their toolkit, and appear on a live map, without a staff to process them.
What I built
The site and event technology on a heavily customized WordPress platform: location registration, a host toolkit, a live map of participating locations, and the email system, rebuilt and expanded across six years.
What happened
From an idea to over 1,000 locations across 100 countries, on six continents. The platform earned enough credibility to bring in golf's governing bodies and broadcasters.

Unique Places to Save

The HubSpot and Claude workflow diagram goes here

200+ blog posts relinked and refreshed by a system, not a person

The job
Keep a content library working for search and AI answers without a content team.
What I built
A Claude and HubSpot integration for site build and code work, an internal-linking and refresh pass across 200+ blog posts and project pages in HubSpot, an automated system that keeps old content current, and the public watershed map that updates itself.
What happened
Six top-three keywords became 164 top-ten keywords, and the site now surfaces in Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and ChatGPT answers.

The AI SEO Engine

Screenshot of an audit report and the share-of-voice trendline goes here

An audit process that asks three AIs 25 buyer questions and reads the sources

The job
Find out what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity say when someone asks for the best business in a category, trace every answer to its source, and score it.
What I built
A Python engine that runs the question set against the engines through their APIs and the search surfaces, logs verbatim answers with timestamps, builds the audit report and the monthly Share of Voice report, and tracks the trendline.
What happened
It runs the free playbook and the sprint on my SEO and AI search page. Three pilot audits in three industries before it went on sale.

Terra Alta

The project map, embedded on the site, goes here

Nearly 200 project locations on one map that updates itself

The job
Show nearly 200 project locations spread across the country, organized and displayed in different ways across the site, without anyone maintaining it by hand.
What I built
A custom map app: the location data organized once, then displayed and embedded in different ways on the site, with auto-updating as projects are added.
What happened
Live on the site, keeping itself current, for a very low cost.

The app has to pay

I don't build software for its own sake. I build the four kinds that show up in revenue.

Follow-up and intake

A lead answered in two minutes converts several times better than one answered tomorrow. Automated follow-up, an intake that qualifies and books, and a receptionist that never puts anyone on hold. This is usually the first build because it pays the fastest.

Outreach engines

The list, the research, the personalization, the sending, the tracking. The machine behind the pipeline I build on the business development side.

Reporting that reads the real numbers

One page that pulls from the CRM, the ads, the books, and the search engines, and tells you what to cut and what to double. The AI SEO Engine is one of these, built for one question. The real numbers. We can build a dashboard for everything.

Automated tools to make life easier

The spreadsheet that became a job. The weekly report someone assembles by hand. The content library nobody has time to maintain. Built once, run monthly.

What I build, and what it costs.

AI Opportunity Map $1,000

One week. Credited toward a build.

The three to five places AI or automation pays off fastest in your business, ranked by return, with a rough build cost and payback for each and a recommended first build.

Automation Build $3,000+

Care plan $400 to $1,000/mo.

Every app is different, with its own needs for security, integrations, and upkeep. I build the simplest, cleanest, most efficient version that does the job, because that's what keeps maintenance costs down and the tool running for years. The price follows the scope, and you'll see it before I start.

Website Sprint $4,500 to $15,000+

Four to six weeks.

Essential at $4,500 on a template with your copy. Growth at $8,500, semi-custom with copy support and conversion built in. Custom at $15,000 and up for e-commerce, membership, or a site that's really an app.

AI Partner $1,000+/mo

Monthly.

Ongoing: I keep your tools running, build what's next, and train your team to use what's built. Sized to how much is running and how much I'm building.

You own everything. The code, the accounts, the data. If we part ways, it keeps running.

Who this is for

Established businesses leaking revenue in follow-up, intake, scheduling, content, or reporting. Owners who know a tool would fix it and don't want to hire a developer to find out. Teams that want AI in the work and nobody to start it.

Probably not a fit if you need a consumer app, a marketplace, or a platform play. I'll tell you on the call and point you to people who do that.

Why it costs a fraction of what it used to

Most of the software an owner-operator needs is a well-scoped tool that talks to the systems they already pay for. AI writes most of the code now; the expensive part was always knowing what to build and whether it paid. That's the part you're paying me for, and it's why a $3,000 build can replace a $40,000 contract.

Questions people ask before they call

Do you write the code yourself?

I build with AI, the way most software is getting built now. For anything that needs to scale to millions of users, or handle payments and health data at scale, I bring in an engineer or tell you to hire one.

What do you build it with?

Whatever fits and whatever you already pay for. Python and cloud functions for engines and automations. HubSpot, WordPress, or Framer when the site is the app. There are many options for building tools and hosting. I don't sell a platform, so I don't have a reason to push one.

Do I own it?

Yes. The code, the accounts, the data, the documentation. If we part ways, it keeps running and someone else can pick it up.

What happens when it breaks?

The care plan is for that. A small monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes when a platform changes something, and small improvements. Or you skip it and call me when you need me, at an hourly rate.

How fast?

A single automation with light integration can ship as quickly as 2 to 3 days. A multi-step tool that takes actions in your systems will take longer. A site sprint is four to six weeks at minimum. The AI Opportunity Map, which tells you what to build first, is one week.

Is my data safe with AI in the loop?

Client data stays in your systems. Where an AI model reads it, it's a business account with no training on your data, and I'll show you the settings. For health or financial data we talk about what's allowed before anything gets built.

Start with the free call.

Sixty minutes. I'll ask a lot of questions, tell you what I'd do, and tell you what I think it's worth. Within 48 hours you get a written playbook you can run with or without me. No pitch, no obligation.
